How To Take Care Of Your Cuticles.πŸ’—πŸŒΊ

don’t you hate those hang nails that always hurt? or that over-grown cuticle look? well, here are steps you can take to avoid these things.

WHAT R CUTICLES??? πŸ€”

cuticles are not the underskin of the nail. This is the dead skin and wont affect it but is uneeded and can make the nail look more clean. The lunula looks like a half moon kinda. The eponychium is the skin that keeps bacteria from getting under your skin. The cuticle is the dead skin part of the eponychium.

CUTICLE CARE <3

i do cuticle care about once every two weeks since my cuticles grow really fast. if yours grow slow i would recommend one a month. So i first start off with my favorite cuticle remover. This is the Sally Hansen cuticle remover. This is about $5. Then I use a cuticle pusher to push them down. Then i use a scraper to scrape the rest of the dead skin *This shouldn’t hurt*. There is this kit on amazon that has everything you need its $8 https://www.amazon.com/OWill-Manicure-Clippers-ProfessionalThen if you feel comfortable, you can cut off the rest of dead skin using cuticle nippers. Once you do that you can file your nail to your desired shape.

CUTICLE OILL ✨

My favorite cuticle oil to use is the NCLA cuticle oil with the scent horchata. Its a little more expensive at a whopping $18 but i totally recommend the splurge because it is so worth it! it also comes in a lot of different scents.

And this is how you can take care of your cuticles! of course you can customize this routine however you want! put on a show, watch tv, Listen to music, or whatever you want! see you guys next time bye besties!

How to Grow Healthy and Strong Nails!

Hey besties! Have you ever wanted to grow long nails that won’t break??? Me too!! today I’ll be sharing with you my tips to grow nails that are healthy and strong!

Lifestyle

If you want to grow your nails, you never want to use your nails as tools. I mean don’t use them to open a bottle, to grab anything, etc. this can cause breakage. you also don’t want to keep your nails in water too long especially warm or hot water. Water causes the nails to become flimsy which can make your nails break off so take quick showers when you can and use gloves if your doing the dishes. Also, don’t use a nail clipper, only use a nail file going in one motion not back an forth. This can also take time! Don’t expect to have super long nails within a week.

Hard Work:

Step 1: find good cuticle oil. Step 2: use it at least three times a day. Step 3: use extensions or rubber base. Using extensions, gel, or a rubber base can add strength to your nails. My sister gets an acrylic overlay at the salon which strengthens her nails! You can use gel x, acrylic, Hybrid gel, builder gel, dip, etc. My favorite way to grow long nails is to use the gel x method (the tutorial for that will be my next post (: ). Although a lot of people suggest builder gel (which I’ll make a video on). and in just a couple months you can go from:

tHiS: πŸ’…πŸ½ TOOOOOO: THISSSSSS: πŸ’…πŸ½πŸ’…πŸ½

I hope you guys found this post helpful and easy to follow! my next post will be the tutorial for gel x and my tips to get them to last! Hope you have a great rest of your day and I’ll see you next time!! byeeee besties!!!! πŸ™‚
